Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates

A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to each order with a product subtotal under $70.00.

Orders with a product subtotal of $70.00 or more ship free.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Once your order has shipped, the delivery time depends on your location and the carrier’s service. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you pay.

Taxes

Our products are currently zero-rated for GST/HST, so no tax is added to your order. If this changes, any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

Returns

Because our products are food items, returns are not applicable and we do not accept returned products.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so that we can look into it.
