These Terms of Service apply to your use of vedanaturals.ca and to any order you place with Veda Naturals Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and information
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, packaging and wording may differ slightly from what you receive. Please read the product label for the ingredients before use. Some of our products may contain allergens, such as sesame.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Taxes, where applicable, and the shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a product being unavailable or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you.

Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
Limits on our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you place them.
